Gaga for the Lady?

There's been so much debate about Lady Gaga since her inception into pop culture and whether you're on the side of the fence that loves or hates her, she doesn't show signs of slowing down anytime soon. So let's take a moment and look at her meteoric rise since the end of last decade and the comparisons to other artists before her. There are several artists who she has admittedly claimed as inspirations such as Grace Jones and Madonna, other artists like Roisin Murphy have claimed that she has blatantly ripped off her style and sound, a friend on facebook suggested that before Gaga there was Kylie. I see elements of Bowie and Yoko even Bjork in her antics. Whatever the case may be there hasn't been an artist this interesting to watch since Madonna in the eighties and early nineties or Missy Elliot and whether you consider her an impostor or a creative genius Gaga is one to watch, thus this post as an homage to the Lady herself.
